Our certified organic vineyard is part of a proud wine-growing heritage that stretches back more than two millennia. We use absolutely no herbicides, synthetic insecticides or chemical fertilizers.
A pilot agroforestry scheme has substantially boosted the biodiversity of the estate.
Our approach is founded upon meticulous attention to detail, seamlessly melding tradition and innovation. Each year, thanks to a quite unique terroir composed of small stones and clay, along with an ideal climate, we are able to create age-worthy wines that are the equal of anything produced by the best vineyards of the Rhône Valley.
We blend classic grape varieties like Syrah, Carignan, Mourvèdre and Grenache with other more unusual varieties such as Petit Verdot and Marselan for our red wines, and Chardonnay, Marsanne and Roussanne for our whites.
We create limited production wines that are hand-harvested, using the wild yeasts that are naturally present on the grapes.
The blending of all these flavours combined with an ageing process lasting several years produces a range of perfectly-balanced and highly-sophisticated wines.
