Optimise your visit to Vinisud thanks to the business meeting service. Free of charge, our "à la Carte" business meeting service enables visitors to make the most of their visit to the exhibition. Extremely easy to use via www.vinisud.com, this service will enable visitors to make appointments with the exhibitors of their choice. These meetings will be held at the exhibitor’s stand.
The general commissioner is never involved in the direct contact between exhibitors and visitors. Therefore we are not held to an obligation of result. Our objective for this free business meeting service is to facilitate rapports and business relationships between exhibitors and visitors.
How does it work?
1st step : Sélection of exhibitors
Each visitor refers to there personal area and chooses who they would like to meet. Classified in alphabetical order or by production area, visitors can access all the profiles of the exhibitors and compose their own meeting list.
2nd step : Customised meeting requests
Date, time and subject of the meeting are chosen. Once the list is made, visitors confirm their choices and display their meeting requests. At this step, visitors allocate each of selected exhibitor a date and a 60 minute time slot. The visitor also defines the subject for the meeting.
3rd step : Confirmation of meetings choices
Visitor agree on their meeting choices and fill in the presentation form. Visitors automatically receive an email with their requests.
4th step : Meetings requests transfer
The meetings requests made by the visitor are directly sent to each exhibitor.
5th step : Meetings ratification by the exhibitor
The exhibitors solicited for a meeting answer directly to the visitors by e-mail. They agree on the meeting date, time slot and place (hall and stand number). A first link visitor/exhibitor is established and each part draws up his own meetings planning.
6th step : Meeting during Vinisud - Exhibitor stand
The updated and validated meetings take place on the exhibitor stand.
